We'll meet at 7 pm at Cornerstone Bookstore in Englewood.

Tonight we'll begin with our new weekly segment where everyone pulls a card and gets a message. Pulling cards over the past few weeks have been very interesting with everyone getting messages that are seemingly 'right on'.

Then we'll explore the idea of breaking free from our physical forms and traveling throughout the universe in Spirit only. We will embark in a guided meditation that will let you take your first steps to exploring the World of Spirit.

This a fun, hands-on class experience for the beginner and veteran reader alike.

We had 2 new people in our group tonight. I have posted in the 'Files' section two items used in class: The first is the file called 5 Myths About Astral Projection- these are helpful hints and tips about OBE's. The second is an mp3 called mid-alpha-delta- this was the sound used in the meditation.
