This is NOT a yoga group - no movement per se except for moving your leg if it gets stiff. We are a Buddhist meditation group primarily rooted in the Theravada Buddhist tradition, although I do bring in other influences. If you'd like to come meditate with us, please join us. Just wanted to make sure you know it's not a yoga class. Looking forward to seeing you on a Monday soon!
